Hello everyone!
I would like to introduce myself, and am new to the boards.
My name is Adam, I'm 34 y/o. Merely curious if anyone here had an opinion which program they liked better?
P90X or turbulence training? Myself did Body for Life a couple months ago, and am getting prepared to start again....

But after some research, myself found that many people believe it's antiquated and there are more programs that were streamlined now.
Do any of you have experience with either one of these, and which can you recommend? Thanks |
