In a video shown to jurors earlier 14k gold pandora charms Wednesday, Johnson and his half brother, Harry Dobrowolski, were seen making a purchase at the drugstore near the Garden Quarters townhouse building where both Johnson and the victim lived.
Hedges said Johnson was wearing a pair of Nike Air Max 90 running shoes, an opinion he said was based on the style, color and trademarks on the shoe.
"It's a very unique shoe," said Hedges, who testified in a similar capacity recently at pandora pink ring the Massachusetts murder trial of former New England Patriot Aaron Hernandez.

Police contend that Johnson, 36, an ex convict who lived three doors down in the same town house building, was trying to burglarize the Ellis residence and was confronted by the victim.
Defense attorneys contend the half brother, Dobrowolski, who died last year, actually committed the murder. About two weeks after the murder, Dobrowolski wore a hidden recording device during a conversation with Johnson, and Johnson incriminated himself, prosecutors say. |
